Turn your Notion workspace into one PDF.
Drop in your Notion export. Workspace2PDF combines every page into a single organized PDF — with a table of contents, working links, and page numbers, in your original page hierarchy.
Your workspace is read and converted on your device. Nothing is uploaded — there is no server to send it to.

Your files stay on your device
Workspace2PDF has no upload endpoint. When you drop your export, the .zip is read by JavaScript running inside your browser tab, and the PDF is produced by your browser's own print engine.
Because the conversion is entirely local, your pages never reach a server — we couldn't read them if we wanted to. You can disconnect from the internet after the page loads and the converter still works.
No Notion integration token. No account. No copy of your workspace kept anywhere.
Questions
Is my data really not uploaded?
Correct. The zip is read by JavaScript running in your browser tab. There is no upload endpoint — the PDF is generated locally by your browser's print engine. You can disconnect from the internet after the page loads and it still works.
Which Notion plans does this work with?
All of them. It uses Notion's HTML export, which is available on Free, Plus, Business and Enterprise. (Native whole-workspace PDF export is what Notion restricts to Business and above.)
What about databases?
Databases appear as tables, exactly as Notion renders them in the HTML export. Board and calendar views become tables — that's a limitation of Notion's export itself.
How big can my workspace be?
Hundreds of pages work fine. Very large workspaces (thousands of pages, gigabytes of images) may be slow, since the work happens on your machine. The free preview always shows you what you'll get before paying.
Refunds?
