What this service is

Workspace2PDF is a browser-based tool that converts a Notion HTML export (a zip file you create yourself in Notion) into a single merged PDF. The conversion runs entirely in your web browser using JavaScript.

Privacy

• Your files are never uploaded. The zip you drop on the page is read locally by your browser. There is no upload endpoint on our servers, and we cannot see, store, or access your documents.
• We count anonymous usage events (for example: "a file was dropped", "a PDF was generated") so we can tell whether the product works. These events contain no file contents, no file names, no account identifiers, and no cookies.
• Payments are processed by our merchant of record. We never see your card details. The payment provider sends us your email address and license key so the purchase can be delivered and refunded; that is the only personal data we hold, and we use it for nothing else.
• Data deletion: email support and we will delete your purchase records (subject to the payment provider's legal retention requirements).

License

• Single export ($9.99): unlocks full PDF generation for one workspace archival job (7 days of access on the browser where you activate it).
• Lifetime ($29): unlocks full PDF generation on this site indefinitely for your own use.
• Licenses are per person and may not be resold or shared publicly.

Refunds

14 days, no questions asked. Email support with the email address you purchased with, and we'll refund you in full.

• Workspace2PDF is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Notion Labs, Inc. "Notion" is a trademark of Notion Labs, Inc., used here only to describe compatibility.
• Output fidelity depends on Notion's HTML export. Databases render as tables; board/calendar views and some embeds are simplified by Notion's own export. The free preview shows exactly what you will get before you pay.
• The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
